
Return Policy:
We do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse, except for customers located in Brazil. Please note that returns for personal products, face masks, and size exchanges are not permitted. For customers in Brazil who wish to return an item due to a change of mind, you must contact Printful’s Customer Service. This has to be within 7 consecutive days from the date of delivery. Your request should include a photograph of the item. All return requests will be assessed. We need to determine if the product has been used. We also check if it has been damaged in any way, even partially. If it is found that the item has been used or is not in its original condition, a refund will not be issued.
