Brew your favorite coffee, latte, or tea.

Find a quiet, comfortable spot, even if it’s only for two minutes.

Take a slow, deep breath before your first sip.

Notice the warmth of the mug in your hands, the aroma of the drink, and the feeling of being present.

You do not have to earn rest. You do not have to be productive every second to deserve peace.

Sometimes the moment itself is enough.

Bloom Where You’re Planted
